Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery. After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order by giving proper reasons for cancellation, only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another PHONNEGER product(s) available on our website of same or higher value by paying the remainder. Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 24 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else PHONNEGEAR will not be liable to accept the product. In such cases, the customer will have to write to info@phonnegear.in and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end. We will try to repair or replace the product. However, PHONNEGEAR reserves the right to determine authenticity of damage and to decide whether we may be able to repair or replace the product. All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. PHONNEGEAR will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the product.In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product

Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product

An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Please see that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.
In the event of obsolescence of a product or any other reason whatsoever, if PHONNEGEAR is not able to repair/replace the product during the warranty period, PHONNEGEAR will have the option to offer a product with equivalent features or give refund, based on the utilisation period of the product. The decision of PHONNEGEAR in this regard shall be final. For the purposes of refund, the calculation will be done based on the purchase invoice value not exceeding the MRP. Original proof of purchase is mandatory to be submitted to PHONNEGEARE Service Centre. Accordingly, following shall be considered:
